World Hunger Summit: Political and Economic Issues

Students will use regression models and correlations of a wide array of data to analyze economic variables from a country that is struggling in one or more areas.

The experience will culminate in a Model United Nations (MUN) Summit on Poverty and Economics. Students will prepare a multimedia presentation and a country fact sheet where they outline their major findings about their country as well as any recommendations that they wish to propose to their classmates.
