YOURbook Publication

Students will design a YOURbook, which is a "final" small yearbook all about them, or their experience in school this school year, or throughout their 4 years in school. Essentially, they will create a comprehensive spread would demonstrate learning in the following skills, with much emphasis on attention to detail:

• Template design incorporating a selected theme
• Digital photography (taking and selecting pictures with elements of good photo composition)
• Caption writing (journalistic style)
• Copy writing (journalistic style with and angle and good lead)
• Headlines and secondary headline packages (both visual and verbal)
