Should I Stay, or Should I Go?

In this module, sixth grade students will be learning about different natural disasters and their impact on people's lives (SC.6.E.7.7). Students will read informational texts and take notes on natural disasters and where and why they occur. They will then interview three people who have been through a natural disaster. At the end of the module, students will write an essay that describes which natural disasters would influence their decision to stay in their community or move to a different location and why.
